We specialize in interiors and exteriors including, but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, wall coverings, carpentry, gutter installation, gutter cleaning, handyman services, as well as plastering & drywall installation. We offer the highest quality materials and provide the finest workmanship in the industry at competitive prices for home, office, commercial buildings and retail stores.
Our painters are professionals who provide clean and efficient service. We have painted some of the most prestigious homes, and commercial buildings in the North Shore area. We have painted more than 1,000,000 square feet since 1969. We will travel further for large commercial jobs. All of our work is guaranteed and we are covered by liability insurance and worker's compensation. References will be provided upon request.

We Respect the “Four Principles”
- PREP - We move furniture, cover surfaces and make sure the area is ready for painting.
- PROTECT - We ask that you take out electronics, kids, pets and valuables ahead of time.
- PAINT - We work our magic using only the highest quality Benjamin Moore, Maxum and Sherwin Williams paints.
- PUT AWAY - We clean up after ourselves. Give us a vacuum and we'll leave the area cleaner then when we came in. Even if you use our Handyman Services.

Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA)
PDCA has been the voice of the painting industry since 1885. Its mission is to nurture the development of its memebers as leaders of the industry. Pete the Painter has been a member since 2001 and has played a role of leadership within the association since 2002 in both the local level and on the national Board of Directors.
PDCA Accredited Contractor
In 2006, the PDCA created the national "Accredited Contractor" program. Today, it represents the highest mark of professionalism in the painting industry. The program requires participation in a rigorous and on-going educational program and the implementation of the key systems that ensure the success of a business. Lead-Safe Certified Firm
Everyone can be affected by the hazards of lead paint. However, children under the age of 6 have a significantly higher risk. In April of 2010 the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) implemented a new ruling for Renovation, Repair, and Painting. We are proud to be among the first to implement these changes to keep our customers safe. Certified Renovation Firms.
Pete the Painter is certified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair and painting activities, as required by the Federal Government as of 4/22/10.
