When buying or selling a home, two of the most important rooms are the kitchen and the bath. A homeowner can easily spend thousands on installing a vanity, a shower or in case of kitchen, granite counter tops or an island. The choices stretch as far as your budget.
Fast forward to a time when home prices have retreated eroding what for many people is the largest single investment they will ever make.
You have to move away from the "infrastructure" of the place to the "atmosphere" of the place. Let the vanity and the shower stay as it is - but spruce it up with something. Ditto for the toilet - change the cover make it look better. Reuse, Recycle and Redesign instead of Throw away, Tear apart, and Tie your money down.
A quick and easy way of changing the bathroom decor is bathroom ceiling painting in Lincolnshire. Its a very small space so a few changes to the ceiling will really change the entire atmosphere of your bathroom or powder room.
The first step is to get a very nice ceiling light - you can get some amazing products for a hundred dollars. You can focus on exotic touches or even track lighting. Make sure you paint the ceiling with premium paint - you can get great colors at any DIY store. With a small space like that which doesn't have much ventilation go for Fresh Aire, which is a great brand and doesn't have that many fumes. As always follow the directions on the can and get as much ventilation as possible, taking regular breaks in between.
